Sometimes Scripture seems to be at odds with the reality of life. What do we do? Do we deem Scripture to be untrue, unreliable, or out-of-touch, or do we dig deeper for understanding? As we grow in understanding the story of Scripture, we come to understand both why our lives will never be without struggle and why we have unshakable hope for the future.
